A complete automation system for handling machining center products is available. 1) Full protection cabin with safety door. 2) 6-axis robot Kuka KR 120 R 3200 PA with gripper adapter. 3) 6-axis robot Kuka KR 120 R 3500 with gripper adapter. 4) 2x 6-axis robots Kuka KR 10 R 1420 with gripper. 5) Handling unit with 2 robots. 6) Reference chamber. 7) Marking station with extraction, cleaning station, and assembly unit for 2 lanes. 8) 2x adhesive application stations. 9) 2x screwing stations. 10) Drawer system with part inserts. 11) Pallet storage area. The transfer stations and removal/handling grippers are designed for specific parts. Documentation available. An on-site inspection is possible..
