Risco RS 4001 Vacuum Filling Machine and Labeling System

Offered is a complete production line for portioning, filling, labeling and marking, consisting of a vacuum filler, rotary table machine, automatic labeling machine and inkjet printer.

The vacuum filler with electronic portioning offers a throughput of up to 6000kg/h, a portioning range of 10-10000g and a hopper capacity of 220l.

Equipped with stainless steel construction, stainless steel hopper, attached lifting/tipping device, manufacturer-stated wear-free feed system and auxiliary equipment socket for synchronizing upstream equipment.

The rotary table machine features a transparent safety enclosure, a rotary table in the working area, stainless steel cladding, a mobile machine base and a side-mounted assembly.

The automatic labeling machine for cylindrical products processes labels up to 140mm wide.

Equipped with stainless steel frame and stainless steel housing, plastic modular conveyor chain, label dispenser, continuously adjustable side guides, product separation with belts on both sides, vertical and horizontal adjustment capability and Festo pneumatics.

An inkjet printer with stainless steel housing and lockable front cover for product and packaging marking is included in the scope of supply.
