A Schenker spring coiling machine including a 2-finger coiling system (left and right), a multiple lifting device and a Böhm MRS-1 length measuring device is available. Wire diameter range: 0.4mm-1.8mm, outer spring diameter: 2mm-30mm, connected load: 3.1kW, production output: 400 springs/min, machine dimensions X/Y/Z: approx. 1150mm/900mm/1450mm. In 2008, the drive motor was replaced by a frequency-controlled servo motor. Documentation available. On-site inspection is possible.
