Material: PE/PP/PS/ABS/LDPE/HDPE/MDPE, screw diameter: 125mm, L/D ratio: 42, extrusion capacity: 650kg/h, degassing: 2-fold, shredder/extruder/screen changer output: 55kW/512kW/55kW. Total plant dimensions X/Y/Z: approx. 20700mm/3000mm/3400mm, control system: Siemens. Including shredder, conveying units, storage and mixing silo, feed belt, extruder, vacuum pump, melt filter, hot granulating cut-off, bag filling and weighing station and bagging station. Documentation available. On-site inspection is possible. The system has extensively documented defects.
