Description
A Lips mixer, beater and roller grater is available. Mixer: bowl volume: 40 l, dough hook, mixing blades and whisk. Whipping unit: 2x 4-finger whisks, dough hooks, 5x whisk blades, 6x whisks and 9x bowl (volume: 10l-35l). Roller unit: hopper, round bowl, square stainless steel bowl, scraper and gripper guard. Machine dimensions X/Y/Z: approx. 2350mm/900mm/1350mm, weight: approx. 900kg. Including various accessories. The wood hopper of the roller must be replaced. If required, the gas burners must be retrofitted.
