Line 2: Workpiece dimensions X/Y: 325mm/250mm, max. cross-section (S355 NL): 12500mm², max. flat steel length: 8000mm, max. outer ring diameter: 2400mm, max. inner ring diameter: 400mm, max. ring weight: 1.5t. Conveyor system holes, length: 8000mm. Ring bending machine Irle B 180 HH, max. outer ring diameter: 2450mm, cross section (S355 NL): 25000mm². Flash butt welding system Siemens WS 634, connected load: 600kVA. Documentation available. On-site inspection is possible. Sale of individual systems with or without preheating furnace possible.
