Measuring dimensions X/Y/Z: 610mm/610mm/200mm, resolution: 0.1µm, measuring speed: 250mm/s, measuring type: multisensor (video, laser, mechanical test probe), software: OptiCheck 3D 4.5 (MahrVision 3D), touch probe: TP200. 3x servo amplifier, X- and Y-axis motor were newly purchased. The machine was calibrated in December 2023. The machine has an electrical whirring noise that comes from the servo amplifier card. Documentation available. On-site inspection is possible.
